Currently, we are looking for a Cards Processing Center Tech Lead who will oversee card processing operations and ensure high standards of quality and security.

Functional Tasks:

  • Management of the processing center: project launches, card issuance, acquiring, transaction processing, and payment system interfaces, system administration, compliance with PCIDSS requirements
  • Maintenance of the network of ground-based acquiring devices (ATMs, terminals)
  • Issuance and accounting of bank cards, launching card products (debit, credit, virtual, business cards)
  • Certification of operations on devices, management of e-commerce projects, implementation of contactless payment technologies (Google Pay, Apple Pay)
  • Management of 3PP processing for issuance and acquiring, integration with banking systems, certification with NPC, Visa, and Mastercard
  • Team management, implementation of the processing center development strategy, ensuring SLA levels

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in senior technical positions within the financial sector, particularly in card processing operations
  • Experience with PCI DSS audits
  • Skills in managing processing centers, development, and administration of financial products
  • Knowledge of card processing systems (Compass, Tieto, TSys, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Oracle, PL/SQL, Linux, bank card processing, CRM
  • Familiarity with regulatory documents of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan and accounting for plastic card operations
