Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Capital Business Partners Team to lead the HCBP function and align HC strategies with business objectives. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of HR Business Partners who support various departments, ensuring that people initiatives drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of partnering with leadership teams and driving change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HC Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in collaboration with business leaders to support the organization’s objectives.
- Lead the HC Business Partner team, ensuring close alignment between HC practices and business needs across all functions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HC-related matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
- Team Management:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HC Business Partners, ensuring they provide effective support to their assigned business units.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the HRBP team, driving continuous improvement and innovation in HC practices.
- Business Partnership:
- Work closely with department heads to identify and address human capital needs, aligning HC solutions with business goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention across the company.
- Talent Management & Development:
- Drive succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing efforts to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure the effective implementation of performance management programs, including feedback, reviews, and goal-setting processes.
- Change Management:
- Support the organization in managing change effectively, particularly during periods of growth, restructuring, or transformation.
- Lead and execute HR projects related to organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business needs.
- Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Champion the company’s values and culture, working to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, monitoring key metrics and acting on feedback.
- HC Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize HC data and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of HC programs.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on workforce trends, diversity, and employee engagement.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure that HC policies and practices comply with local employment laws and regulations.
- Mitigate risk by identifying potential HR issues early and addressing them proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR/HC, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within HC Business Partnering.
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with senior leaders to drive HC/HR strategies in line with business needs.
- Proficiency in both Russian and English is required.
- Strong knowledge of HR/HC best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
