Primary Focus:

  • You need to be/become an expert in your product and the services used in it
  • Participate in the design, development, testing, launch and maintenance of the product;
  • Describe high-level and detailed business processes for your product;
  • Draw up instructions for your product;
  • Independently or jointly with developers, design information systems and REST API;
  • Draw up technical specifications for development for contractors;
  • Draw up Acceptance criteria and DOD for the tasks of your own development team;
  • Negotiate with contractors and track their development and bug fixing deadlines;
  • Negotiate with service providers and track their development and bug fixing deadlines;
  • Analyze and investigate customer incidents in order to identify bugs and optimize processes;

Experience:

  • Experience in commercial development in any role on the product team will be a plus

Qualifications:

  • Confident use of Excel (creating pivot tables, comparing data);
  • Readiness to work independently;
  • Readiness to work in an office, but with a distributed team (some colleagues in another country);

It will be a plus:

  • Technical or mathematical higher education and participation in Olympiads;
  • Experience in fintech/bank;
  • Experience in modeling processes in BPMN;
  • Experience in using relational and non-relational databases;
  • Experience in UML modeling;
  • Knowledge of application architecture;
  • Knowledge of the principles of message queues;
  • Understanding of REST API principles;
  • Postman API testing skills;
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.

Knowledge of languages:

  • Russian – fluent;
  • English – confident;
  • Uzbek – desirable.
