We are looking for talented Video surveillance and IT technical support specialist with experience to join our team


Primary Focus:

  • Setting up and maintaining video surveillance systems, including HikCentral, IVMS-4200, analog and digital IP cameras.
  • Installing, configuring and updating software for video surveillance.
  • Conducting fault diagnostics and troubleshooting in video surveillance systems.
  • Maintaining servers and network equipment used for video surveillance.
  • Providing technical support to clients/employees on issues of operating video surveillance systems.
  • Preparing reports and documentation on the work performed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with video surveillance systems, knowledge of HikCentral and IVMS-4200.
  • Knowledge of the operating principles of analog and IP cameras, setting up network parameters.
  • Understanding the basics of network administration (IP addressing, routing, NAT, etc.).
  • Skills in working with power tools, laying cables and installing equipment.
  • Ability to read and compile technical documentation.
  • Responsibility, attentiveness, readiness to solve non-standard problems.
  • Experience with software from other manufacturers of video surveillance systems.
  • Knowledge of the basics of information security.
  • Availability of certificates from manufacturers of video surveillance systems.
