We are looking for talented individuals with Technical Equipment Specialist experience to join our team
Primary Focus:
- The ability to identify and eliminate hardware and software malfunctions.
- Experience in replacing components (for example, screens, hard drives, keyboards).
- The ability to work with repair tools (soldering irons, screwdrivers, multimeters).
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS) and their settings.
- Understanding the architecture and components of laptops and desktop computers (motherboards, processors, RAM, etc.).
- The ability to install and configure drivers and software.
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of monitors and their repair (liquid crystal and OLED technologies).
- Experience working with mobile devices (phones, tablets) and their components (screen, battery, connectors).
- The ability to communicate with customers, explaining technical problems and offering solutions.
- Skills of teamwork and interaction with other specialists.
- The ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and repair methods.
- Responsibility and reliability.
- Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure.
