We are looking for talented individuals with Technical Equipment Specialist experience to join our team

Primary Focus:

The ability to identify and eliminate hardware and software malfunctions.
Experience in replacing components (for example, screens, hard drives, keyboards).
The ability to work with repair tools (soldering irons, screwdrivers, multimeters).

Qualifications:

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS) and their settings.
Understanding the architecture and components of laptops and desktop computers (motherboards, processors, RAM, etc.).
The ability to install and configure drivers and software.
Knowledge of the principles of operation of monitors and their repair (liquid crystal and OLED technologies).
Experience working with mobile devices (phones, tablets) and their components (screen, battery, connectors).
The ability to communicate with customers, explaining technical problems and offering solutions.
Skills of teamwork and interaction with other specialists.
The ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Willingness to learn new technologies and repair methods.
Responsibility and reliability.
Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure.
