About the job

As an HC Project Manager at a digital bank or fintech company, you will lead and oversee various human resources projects that align with the company’s goals and digital innovation. You will be responsible for managing HC initiatives from conception through execution, including employee engagement programs, talent acquisition strategies, digital HR systems implementation, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HC Project Management: Lead and manage HC-related projects, including workforce planning, digital transformation of HC processes, talent management, and employee experience improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas where HC operations can be enhanced using digital tools, automation, and fintech solutions. Implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention Projects: Develop and execute projects aimed at enhancing recruitment strategies, employer branding, and employee retention, with a focus on tech and fintech talent.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Lead projects related to the optimization of compensation structures, employee benefits programs, and performance management systems in alignment with fintech industry standards.
  • HC Digital Transformation: Manage and implement digital tools such as HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), payroll software, and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Projects: Ensure HC processes align with local labor laws, industry-specific regulations, and data privacy standards.
  • Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, or introduction of new fintech products.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Use data-driven approaches to monitor and improve workplace culture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HC initiatives, employee performance, and strategic HC planning.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, Legal, Compliance, and Operations) to ensure HC initiatives align with overall company goals.
  • Training & Development: Manage the design and delivery of training and development programs for employees, particularly in skills needed for digital transformation in the fintech sector.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in HR/HC project management, preferably in a digital bank or fintech environment.
    • Experience in implementing HR/HC technology systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, etc.).
    • Experience with data analytics and HR metrics reporting.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR systems and fintech-related digital tools.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and HR software (BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
    • Familiarity with digital transformation in HC, including AI and automation in HC processes.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with remote teams.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the fintech or digital banking sector.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
