Currently, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will oversee the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring high standards of service, security, and support for our corporate devices and systems.

Functional Tasks:

  • Deployment and maintenance of computers and office equipment;
  • Installation and support of OS and application software on corporate devices;
  • Selection, implementation, and maintenance of software-hardware complexes (video conferencing systems, interactive whiteboards, projectors);
  • Ensuring corporate data security and promoting information security culture;
  • Technical support for corporate devices (assembly, disassembly, and cleaning);
  • Configuration and maintenance of video surveillance systems;
  • Collaboration with system and network administrators;
  • Registration and resolution of tasks in ServiceDesk;
  • Implementation of non-standard solutions for current issues.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or HelpDesk;
  • Skills in assembling, disassembling, and physically maintaining PCs and laptops;
  • Knowledge of operating systems: Windows (administrator level), macOS, *nix, Android, iOS (proficient user);
  • Network technologies: LAN, NAT, VPN, Firewall, Mesh, DNS, DHCP;
  • Understanding of information security: Antivirus, Firewall, ZeroTrust Network, DLP;
  • Practical experience with video surveillance systems (HikVision or similar).
