Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Leadership Team of our fintech and digital banking organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing presentations, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Presentation and Document Preparation:
    • Assist the CEO and Leadership Team in creating and preparing presentations for internal and external use.
    • Develop and maintain up-to-date company presentations, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
    • Produce high-quality documents and reports as required.
  2. Meeting Coordination and Management:
    • Coordinate and schedule team meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing necessary materials.
    • Lead and facilitate Leadership Team meetings, ensuring all actions are followed up and documented.
    • Manage and organize all necessary logistics for meetings and sessions.
  3. Team Coordination and Communication:
    • Serve as a central point of contact for the Leadership Team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
    • Track and update progress on team projects and initiatives.
    • Ensure timely and efficient dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Data Management and Analysis:
    • Maintain and update data relevant to company presentations and reports.
    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial metrics and data-oriented tasks.
    • Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to support decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data orientation and familiarity with financial metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian. Knowledge of Uzbek is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the fintech or banking sector.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
