About the job
As a Human Capital Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Human Capital department in various tasks related to data analysis and reporting. Your primary focus will be on handling HC metrics, maintaining accurate records, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Knowledge Russian and English, along with proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of Reporting Frameworks:
- Design and implement a human capital reporting framework that aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
- Establish permanent monthly and quarterly human capital reports, including key metrics such as employee turnover, retention, engagement, performance, and diversity.
- Create and deploy automated reporting flows to ensure timely distribution of critical human capital data.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Identify and collect data from various sources (HRIS, payroll, employee surveys, performance evaluations).
- Conduct in-depth analysis on workforce trends, productivity, and employee performance.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making around talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Reporting and Dashboard Creation:
- Create dashboards that allow HR leadership to visualize and track human capital performance in real time.
- Generate monthly reports that highlight key human capital metrics and areas that need attention.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of reports and data sources.
- Continuous Improvement of Reporting Processes:
- Regularly assess and refine the human capital reporting process to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Work closely with HC and IT teams to ensure proper integration of data sources and reporting systems.
- Train HC and management teams on how to interpret and use the reports and data.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all human capital reporting complies with local, national, and industry-specific labor laws and regulations.
- Identify potential risks related to employee management and ensure risk mitigation strategies are embedded in HC processes.
- Collaborative Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with HC Business Partners, L&D, Finance, and Operations to ensure that human capital reporting aligns with the company’s overall goals and strategies.
- Support leadership in developing strategies to improve employee engagement, talent retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in human capital analytics and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience in HRIS systems and other data reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment law and best HC practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in organizations with 1,000–2,500 employees.
- Strong project management skills, especially in building reporting processes from scratch.
- Advanced knowledge of workforce planning and human capital strategy.
